The Position: We’re looking for an Office Manager. Our ideal candidate should possess an extremely good work ethic, be a self-starter, be computer savvy, and be highly organized with the ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced office environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Diplomatic, with solid people skills – a team player
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
Must be able to use/operate general office equipment including fax machines, printers, phones and copy machine
Prior radio experience with knowledge of broadcast traffic software a plus
Responsibilities:
Producing the daily commercial programming log
Inputting broadcast orders
Maintaining traffic records.
Verifying/Reconciling commercial logs to ensure accurate billing
Perform all other tasks perceived, assigned, and/or required that contribute to the smooth running of the station
